Reverse Instruction

Reverse Instruction simply put is the opposite of a traditional classroom. In other words students will be watching lesson videos, or reading the text, at night and then completing their "homework" in class. The purpose of this type of instruction is to ensure a student has the teacher readily available for when help is need most, which is normally when the student is doing homework.

Videos as a Resource

While reverse instruction is a great way to learn, sometimes standard lectures work better. However, even if this is the case these videos can be a great resource for review or re-learning purposes. Additionally, you can use them to learn a lesson before it is covered in class. Lastly, if the videos provided are not enough, you can always search the lesson and find other teachers covering the same material possibly in a different way. It is amazing how much information you can find online, so take charge of your learning!
